Justice Department asks court to dismiss Jan. 6 convictions of Proud Boys, Oath Keepers members

The DOJ has moved to dismiss the convictions of Proud Boys and Oath Keepers members found guilty in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
