Cuba suffers second nationwide blackout in less than a week

Cuba announced Saturday evening that entire island has suffered another electrical blackout, leaving more than 10 million people without power. It was still recovering from an earlier nationwide power grid collapse on Monday. CNN's Patrick Oppmann has details.
