  "textContent": "I went back to Rohde et al 2024. Marginalized SOPs for state 1 are underestimated to a similar degree as in the simulated data above, if compared to the empirical SOPs. But I’m not sure if this is even a good check for model fit, compared to variograms, correlation plots, etc.\n\nAlso, I doubt this would matter very much for most conclusions drawn from the model, at least not directionally.
