Good point. A simple example would be repeated observations on one individual when we can safely assume these observations are independent. Observing zero out of 10 days with a condition occurring would give rise to a 0.95 compatibility interval of [0, 0.3] with for that subject’s long-term probability of the condition, using the \frac{3}{n} rule.
