RMS Modeling Longitudinal Responses

An n-of-1 trial analyzing one subject in isolation of others attempts to find out what works for that subject, which to my mind does not require statistical inference in the same sense as group studies that attempt to extrapolate to a population. If your n-of-1 trial consists of a sequence of subjects whose results are somehow pooled, we’d need to know the analytic plan.
