For them to exist the following would have to be demonstrated.\n\n * Ask 100 clinical decision makers whether they use a point threshold for their decision making\n * 90 or more answer yes\n * Of the 90 ask them the threshold\n * The variance of the 90 thresholds has to be close to zero\n\n",
