Source

Wuthering Waves Version 3.4, "The Dream Not Dreamed," brings the game's first cross-IP collaboration with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and runs four limited 5-star resonators across a shortened 32-day patch. The update goes live on June 8, 2026 (UTC+8) after maintenance, and the banner lineup splits into three convene windows rather than the usual two.

🗓️

Quick answer: Lucy and Rebecca's collab banners open at launch on June 8, Lucilla's debut banner opens June 13, and Cartethyia's rerun opens June 18. All four banners stay live until the patch ends on July 10, 2026.

Release time: June 8, 2026, 11:00 AM (UTC+8), after maintenance

Wuthering Waves 3.4 banner schedule and dates

Version 3.4 features four limited 5-star resonators. The two collab characters share the launch window, while Lucilla and Cartethyia open on staggered dates a few days apart. Every banner remains available through the end of the patch.

Phase Start date Featured 5-star Type
Phase 1 June 8, 2026 Lucy New (collab limited)
Phase 1 June 8, 2026 Rebecca New (collab limited)
Phase 2 June 13, 2026 Lucilla New (5-star debut)
Phase 3 June 18, 2026 Cartethyia Rerun

The collab convene for Lucy and Rebecca runs from June 8 through July 9, 2026. Lucilla and Cartethyia each run from their respective start dates until Version 3.4 closes on July 10, 2026.

Because 3.4 is a 32-day patch instead of the standard 42 days, you have less time than usual to pull. Plan your Astrite around the June 18 Cartethyia opening if you want all four characters.

Phase 1: Lucy and Rebecca collab banners (June 8)

The Cyberpunk Edgerunners collaboration arrives at launch with two limited 5-star resonators from Night City. Both are collab characters, which means they are not expected to rerun, so missing them now may be permanent.

Character Element Weapon Role
Lucy Spectro Pistol Main DPS
Rebecca Havoc Pistol Support

Lucy is a high-speed, single-target DPS built around precision combat. Rebecca is a burst-oriented support with a chaotic dual-gun style. Both kits revolve around the Hack - Shifting mechanic unique to the collab roster, which also feeds the new Shadow of Shattered Dreams Sonata Effect.

The collab banners use two new currencies, Dreamcatcher Tide and Shadowforge Tides, instead of the standard convene tides. You earn and spend these specifically on the Lucy and Rebecca banners.

Claim Rebecca for free during 3.4

Rebecca is obtainable at no cost through the Instant Flashlight event, which begins when Version 3.4 launches and runs until the end of Phase 1. Completing the event grants Rebecca outright, so you can save your collab pulls for Lucy.

Step 1: Log in after the June 8 update and open the Instant Flashlight event from the events menu once it is available.

Step 2: Finish the event's required objectives before Phase 1 ends to receive Rebecca in your roster.

You will know it worked when Rebecca appears in your resonator list and the event marks the claim as complete. Do not wait past the Phase 1 deadline, since the free claim window closes with it.

Phase 2: Lucilla debut banner (June 13)

Lucilla, the head of Startorch Academy, makes her playable debut five days after launch. She is a 5-star Glacio rectifier who works as a sub-DPS, with strong synergy for Glacio teams such as the Hiyuki composition introduced in 3.3.

Banner slot Character Rarity Element
Featured Lucilla 5-star Glacio
4-star Youhu 4-star Glacio
4-star Lumi 4-star Electro
4-star Taoqi 4-star Havoc

Lucilla's banner stays open from June 13 until the patch ends. Her Segue quest, "We Choose the Sky," also drops on June 13 and expands on her backstory.

Phase 3: Cartethyia rerun (June 18)

Cartethyia returns as the patch's only rerun, opening ten days after launch. She is a 5-star Aero sword resonator, and her banner runs through the end of Version 3.4.

Featured Cartethyia 5-star Aero
4-star Yuanwu 4-star Electro
4-star Yangyang 4-star Aero

3.4 weapon banners and signature convenes

Each featured resonator has a matching weapon released on the same date as their character banner. The collab pistols launch alongside Lucy and Rebecca, while the rectifier and sword open later in the patch.

Weapon Type Owner Available from
Spectral Trigger Pistol Lucy June 8
Skull Thrasher Pistol Rebecca June 8
Freeze Frame Rectifier Lucilla June 13
Defier's Thorn Sword Cartethyia June 18

Spectral Trigger and Skull Thrasher both lean into the Hack - Shifting mechanic, making them strong best-in-slot picks for their owners. Freeze Frame focuses on Glacio for Lucilla, and Defier's Thorn returns alongside Cartethyia's rerun.

Three codes were released during the Version 3.4 preview broadcast. Each grants 100 Astrite plus extra materials, for 300 Astrite total. They expire on May 31, 2026, at 8:59 AM (PT), so redeem them promptly.

With Lucy and Rebecca limited to a single 32-day window and Lucilla and Cartethyia opening days apart, Version 3.4 is one of the most pull-heavy patches in recent memory. Knowing the exact June 8, June 13, and June 18 dates lets you pace your Astrite and decide which of the four to prioritize before the collab banners close on July 9.
