Sign-ins on Windows PC, Mac, iOS, Android, and PS5 only share progress when they all point back to the same PWG email on the same server. The four servers (America, Europe, Asia, SEA) remain fully separate even under the same email.\n\n* * *\n\n### How to open the User Center\n\n**Step 1:** Launch Neverness to Everness and finish the prologue if you have not already. The phone menu and account tools only unlock after that point.\n\n**Step 2:** Press Escape (PC) or open the in-game phone, then click the gear icon in the top-right to open Settings.\n\n**Step 3:** Select the _Account_ tab, find the _User Center_ card, and click _Go_. Adding an email through the User Center is what enables cross-platform sync.\n\n**Step 1:** Open Settings > Account > User Center > Go, then select _Bind Account_ (PS5) or _Link Account_ (PC/mobile).\n\n**Step 2:** Click the email field and enter the address you want to use. The game sends a six-digit verification code to that inbox.\n\n**Step 3:** Enter the code in the pop-up and confirm. Progress stays on the email account, but it stops syncing to whatever login you removed it from.\n\n**Step 1:** Go to Settings > Account > User Center > Go.\n\n**Step 2:** Open _Link Account_. Find the row for the credential you want to remove (Google, Facebook, Apple, or the email field).\n\n**Step 3:** Click the chain icon next to that row and choose _Unlink_. You must have at least one other valid sign-in method already attached, or the game will block the action.\n\n**Important limit:** A PSN account can only unlink from an email account _once_. The game returns to the login screen, where you can sign in with a different email, Google, Facebook, Apple ID, or PSN account.\n\n* * *\n\n### Delete character data on a PSN account\n\nThis is needed in one specific situation: you started playing on PS5 with your PSN account, and now you want to bind that PSN account to an email that already has progress from PC or mobile. The system refuses that direct link because both sides hold game data. Closing the game and signing in on a second device with the matching email should load the same character on the same server. On PS5, any trophies that match progress you already had on PC or mobile unlock automatically the next time you log in.\n\nIf the second device starts a new tutorial instead of loading your character, the credentials do not point to the same PWG account, or you selected a different server at the bottom-right of the login screen. Return to the User Center on the original device, confirm which email is shown as bound, and use exactly that email when signing in elsewhere.\n\n* * *\n\n### Common reasons binding fails\n\n  * The target email already has game data on another platform, and you are trying to bind it to a PSN account that also has data.\n  * You are signing in with a third-party provider (Google or Facebook) instead of the dedicated email option, which creates a separate account.\n  * You picked a different regional server, so the character exists but on a server the new device is not pointed to.\n  * The verification code expired before submission.
