You collect Strong Painkillers, swap five of them with Spider for one Star Weekly magazine, then hand over eight Star Weekly to receive the outfit. That works out to 40 Strong Painkillers minimum.\n\n**Step 1:** Get arrested. Performing illegal activities around the city eventually lands Zero in the detention facility, which is the only way to access Spider.\n\n**Step 2:** Farm Strong Painkillers daily. Trade 5 Soap to Crocodile during yard time, 3 Playing Cards to Gourd behind the cafeteria, and 2 Weekly Fantasy magazines to Squid Ball at night.
