"textContent": "Arcs are the weapons that Casters equip in Neverness to Everness. Every Arc carries a base ATK value, a secondary stat, and a named passive that scales with refinement. There are 44 Arcs in total across three rarities (S, A, B) and five types: Gas, Liquid, Plasma, Solid, and Synthesis (sometimes labeled Bose).\n\n⚙️\n\nQuick answer: Arcs are not locked to specific characters by name, but each character can only equip Arcs that match their assigned Arc type. Pick by substat first (CRIT, ATK%, HP%, Break Intensity, Charge Efficiency), then by passive synergy with the kit.\n\n* * *\n\n### How Arc stats work\n\nEvery Arc has two numerical components plus a passive. The base ATK at max level is added directly to the wearer's flat ATK. The secondary stat is a percentage or flat value tied to a single attribute, such as ATK%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, HP%, DEF%, Break Intensity, or Charge Efficiency.\n\nS-rank Arcs sit between 424 and 666 base ATK. A-rank Arcs run from 395 to 555. B-rank Arcs land between 316 and 380. Higher base ATK usually comes with a smaller secondary roll, and vice versa. Camellia Society leads on raw ATK at 666 with only 12% CRIT Rate, while Good Boy's Grand Adventure trades that down to 474 ATK in exchange for a 45% ATK% substat.\n\nPassives scale with refinement, gained by pulling duplicate copies. A Rank 1 Arc carries the base passive numbers; Rank 5 roughly doubles the values shown in the lower end of each passive's range.\n\n* * *\n\n### S-rank Arcs (full list)\n\nS-rank Arcs are the strongest weapons in the game with 23 entries currently in rotation. Numbers shown are base ATK, the secondary stat at max, and the gist of the passive at Rank 1 to Rank 5.\n\nName| Type| ATK| Substat| Passive summary\n---|---|---|---|---\nCamellia Society| Synthesis| 666| CRIT Rate 12%| +12–20% CRIT DMG (5s, up to 4 stacks) when HP drops without damage; unlocks Silent Garden attacks\nRaging Flames| Plasma| 666| CRIT DMG 24%| Buffs Lakshana DMG and Redirect Skill DMG after Ultimate, with stacking refresh\nMarching Beyond Time| Solid| 570| CRIT Rate 24%| +16–32% ATK; Wastelab/Wastetime stacks fuel a large Ultimate CRIT DMG and DEF Ignore window\nReady-Ready| Plasma| 570| CRIT Rate 24%| +15–30% ATK; Basic and Riposte buff; Tiger Talisman pair grants bonus Boss DMG\nThe Last Rose| Liquid| 570| CRIT Rate 24%| +14–28% ATK; Chaos Thorn stacks add CRIT DMG; extends Broken state on hit\nReality Refuge| Solid| 570| ATK 30%| +15–25% Anima DMG; Attachment DMG bonus doubles for 6s after Ultimate\nYouthful Fantasy| Liquid| 570| ATK 30%| +60–88 Break Intensity; Support Skills unleash Black Tome for big Chaos DMG hits\nBlow up the Crowd| Solid| 512| ATK 27.5%| Boosts active ally ATK while off-field; Psyche DMG ramp on Basic Attacks while on-field\nContemplative Cat| Gas| 512| CRIT DMG 44%| +2.5–4.5% Cosmos DMG per 100,000 Fons held, up to 10 stacks\nDay Off| Solid| 512| Charge Efficiency 33%| +30–50% ATK; Eclipse window restores Ultimate Energy on enemy kills (5 max, 300s CD)\nFluff of Fearlessness| Solid| 512| CRIT Rate 22%| +25–45% ATK for 10s after Ultimate; does not stack\nFluff of Ferocity| Synthesis| 512| ATK 27.5%| +4–7.2% CRIT DMG per crit, up to 10 stacks; refreshes on retrigger\nFluff of Finesse| Gas| 512| ATK 27.5%| +8–14.4% DMG after Critical Dodge, up to 3 stacks; refreshes on retrigger\nFluff of Fleetness| Liquid| 512| CRIT DMG 44%| +5–9% ATK per second on-field, up to 5 stacks; resets on swap-out\nFluff of Fortitude| Plasma| 512| ATK 27.5%| +22–38% DMG; rises to 28–52% against enemies under 50% HP\nHethereau's Keeper| Solid| 512| ATK 27.5%| +15–25% ATK and Boss DMG; summons Officer Whisker for 30s of repeated hits\nSong of the Whale| Plasma| 512| ATK 27.5%| +12–20% ATK; same bonus vs Broken enemies; restores 30% HP on Broken kill (30s CD)\nStellar Veil| Plasma| 512| ATK 27.5%| +12–21% Psyche DMG; stacks CRIT DMG up to 10 times when dealing Psyche DMG\nTears Beneath the Mask| Gas| 512| ATK 27.5%| Ultimate hits apply Warning Gaze; marked enemies deal 18% less damage for 20s\nThe Rain That Shook the World| Solid| 512| CRIT Rate 22%| +30–42% Cosmos DMG on Redirect Skill and Ultimate; +36–72 Cycle Intensity for 15s\nYour Happiness is Priceless| Solid| 512| DEF 38.5%| +24–40% HP; random heal or shield trigger every 30s after Ultimate\nGood Boy's Grand Adventure| Gas| 474| ATK 45%| +18–30% Charge Efficiency; team ATK buff after Ultimate, larger if Ultimate controls\nEternal Waltz| Synthesis| 424| HP 41.25%| +20–32% Max HP; +10–18% Mental DMG for 10s after Ultimate\n\n* * *\n\n### A-rank Arcs (full list)\n\nA-rank Arcs cover 16 entries and serve as strong stand-ins for S-rank weapons. Several are competitive at endgame because their substats are unusually large (Umbrella and The Fools' Spring at 52.5% DEF, Failing You / The Great Thief at 120 Break Intensity).\n\nName| Type| ATK| Substat| Passive summary\n---|---|---|---|---\nMind Royale| Liquid| 555| Break Intensity 60| +10–18 Ultimate Energy when casting a Redirect Skill (20s CD)\nA Time Will Come| Synthesis| 475| CRIT Rate 20%| +10–18% ATK, DEF, and HP when team has 3 or more different Esper Types\nClear Skies| Liquid| 475| ATK 25%| +20–35% Anima DMG on Redirect Skill and Ultimate\nCosmos Daze, Wild Reverie| Gas| 475| ATK 25%| +18–30% DMG for 10s after Support Skill (20s CD)\nFailing You, Heavy in My Heart| Gas| 475| Break Intensity 120| Spider Knowledge stacks on Basic Attacks; consumed on Ultimate to buff team ATK\nShiny Days| Liquid| 475| ATK 25%| +48–84 Break Intensity; +10–18% DMG vs Broken units\nThe Forgotten| Solid| 475| HP 25%| +20–36% ATK above 50% HP; +20–36% DEF below 50% HP\nThe Good, The Bad, The Bitter| Synthesis| 475| HP 25%| +26–46% DEF for 10s when taking damage (20s CD)\nThe Great Thief| Synthesis| 475| Break Intensity 120| +70–126 Break Intensity to all same-Esper-Type allies when team stacks 3+ of one type\nTime Bandit| Solid| 475| HP 25%| +90–162 Break Intensity for 10s after Redirect Skill; summons Picky for nearby unlocks\nWatch Your Heads!| Gas| 475| CRIT DMG 40%| +10–18% ATK and Lakshana DMG vs enemies with Remora and Stain\nCall of the Twisted City| Liquid| 395| HP 37.5%| +12–20% Healing Bonus for 10s after Redirect Skill\nDrawn Blade| Plasma| 395| ATK 37.5%| Adds 2–3.2% ATK as bonus Incantation DMG on every Parry Attack\nOraora!| Plasma| 395| ATK 37.5%| +2–3.6% Basic Attack DMG per Basic Attack, up to 10 independent stacks\nThe Fools' Spring| Synthesis| 395| DEF 52.5%| +18–30% ATK while a Shield is active\nUmbrella| Synthesis| 395| DEF 52.5%| +10–18% HP; Shields strengthened by 10–18% while above 50% HP\n\n* * *\n\n### B-rank Arcs (full list)\n\nB-rank Arcs are the easiest to acquire and are usually slotted as fillers while a roster is still forming. They peak at 380 base ATK and have simpler passives.\n\nName| Type| ATK| Substat| Passive summary\n---|---|---|---|---\nDangerous Game| Synthesis| 380| Break Intensity 96| +60–84 Break Intensity for 10s when reducing Break (20s CD)\nFirst Step to Success| Solid| 380| ATK 20%| +12–16% ATK for 10s after Redirect Skill (20s CD)\nReal Music| Liquid| 380| ATK 20%| +12–16% Redirect Skill DMG bonus (always on)\nUs.| Plasma| 380| ATK 20%| +12–16% Basic Attack DMG (always on)\nBe Happy| Gas| 316| HP 30%| Restores 12–20% HP on enemy kill (20s CD)\n\n* * *\n\n### Substat distribution at a glance\n\nThe substat pool is heavily weighted toward ATK%, which sits on 19 of the 44 Arcs. CRIT-focused options (Rate plus DMG) make up another sizable chunk, while utility stats are deliberately rare. Charge Efficiency exists on exactly one Arc (Day Off), which is what makes it the only S-rank pick for rotation-hungry supports.\n\nSubstat| Count| Notes\n---|---|---\nATK%| 19| Default for DPS Casters; spread across all rarities\nCRIT Rate| 7| Found on several flagship S-rank carry weapons\nHP%| 6| Mix of HP-scaling DPS and survival picks\nCRIT DMG| 4| Small pool; pairs well with high CRIT Rate kits\nBreak Intensity| 4| Stagger-focused; The Great Thief and Failing You lead\nDEF%| 3| Tank/shield enablers\nCharge Efficiency| 1| Day Off only\n\n* * *\n\n### Picking the right Arc for a Caster\n\nMatch the substat to the Caster's role first. DPS units want CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, or ATK%. Tanks and shielders take more advantage of HP%, DEF%, or Charge Efficiency. Break-oriented teams need Break Intensity, where Mind Royale, The Great Thief, and Failing You, Heavy in My Heart all carry weight.\n\nThen look at how the passive interacts with the kit. Camellia Society works best on aggressive frontline carries that take and lose HP frequently. Day Off is a support tool tuned for Charge Efficiency-dependent rotations. Good Boy's Grand Adventure is the team-buff option for Casters that already build flat ATK from their kit. Eternal Waltz is reserved for HP-scaling Casters that need both Max HP and Mental DMG bursts.\n\n📌\n\nNote: Arc effects scale by refinement (R1 to R5). Numerical ranges shown reflect that scaling. R1 gives the lower number; R5 gives the upper number. S-rank duplicates are scarce, so most builds settle for R1 S-rank Arcs and only refine A-rank or B-rank options.\n\n* * *\n\n### Where Arcs come from\n\nThe primary source is the Scarborough Fair gacha banner, which uses a separate pity track from character pulls. Soft pity for an S-rank Arc kicks in at 60 pulls, and every 10-pull guarantees at least one A-rank or higher. The featured limited S-rank Arc on a banner has a 25% chance to be the guaranteed S-rank drop. B-rank Arcs also appear in standard pulls and as rewards from various gameplay modes, and select Arcs are obtainable through events, story progression, and the in-game shop.\n\nTreat the Arc list as a working reference. Match the type to the character, prioritize substat over passive when in doubt, and refine duplicates only when the Arc is realistically going to stay on the same Caster long-term.",
