Radiant Antler
Radiant Antler drops from the Frostnight Herra, an overworld boss located on Hiisi Island in Nod-Krai. At 46 required drops and roughly 2–3 per kill, expect to spend around 15–23 boss runs' worth of Resin here. This boss is already available, so you can start immediately.
Vayuda Turquoise Gems
As Anemo character ascension stones, these drop from a wide range of bosses. The Anemo Hypostasis in Mondstadt is the fastest and most straightforward option. Other sources include the Maguu Kenki, Solitary Suanni, Setekh Wenut, Tenebrous Papilla, ASIMON, Icewind Suite: Coppelia, and the Stormterror and Joururi Workshop Trounce Domains. These common materials drop from Treasure Hoarder enemies scattered across Teyvat. You'll need a combined 261 Insignias across all rarities, which is a substantial amount. The Adventurer's Handbook can help you track Treasure Hoarder locations. Crafting lower-tier Insignias into higher-tier ones at the alchemy bench is also an option, though it's Mora-intensive. If you've been building other recent characters like Linnea or Durin, your stockpile may already be thin — Treasure Hoarder drops have become one of the most in-demand common materials in the 6.x patch cycle.
Resistance Talent Books
Teachings, Guide, and Philosophies of Resistance are farmed from the Forsaken Rift domain in Mondstadt. This domain is available on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. With 114 Philosophies needed for a triple crown, you'll want to start running this domain early and often. Condensed Resin can double your efficiency on farming days.
Mask of the Virtuous Doctor
This weekly boss material comes from the False Moon Institute Trounce Domain in Nod-Krai — the Dottore fight. You need 18 total for a triple crown, and weekly bosses drop roughly 2–3 of their materials per clear (with a chance at Dream Solvents to convert other drops). At best, that's around 6–9 weeks of weekly clears, so this will be the slowest bottleneck. The domain is already accessible, and you can quick-start it without completing the associated Archon Quest if you don't mind potential story spoilers.

A Quick Look at Prune's Leaked Kit
Understanding what Prune does in combat helps you decide which talents to prioritize. She's an Anemo support/sub-DPS built around Swirl reactions, using two signature tools: the Hunting Oath Hammer and the Lure Witch Bell.
Her Elemental Skill summons the hammer and strikes the bell, dealing Anemo DMG. If the hit triggers a Swirl, the skill upgrades for six seconds into Dongqiangqiang: Punishment of the Bane, which absorbs the Swirled element and converts the hammer's attacks into that element's damage type.
Her Elemental Burst shakes the bell, dealing AoE Anemo DMG and putting it into "Hunting Mode." While active, the bell follows the on-field character and periodically attacks nearby enemies with Anemo DMG counted as Burst damage. Her first passive talent (Severing Retribution) spawns additional elemental hammers when the bell Swirls in Hunting Mode, and her second passive (Resonant Bell) grants teammates a damage buff called "Ringing Inspiration" that scales off Prune's ATK above 1,000.
Her third passive, Witch's Eve: Oath of the Hunt, is a Hexerei team synergy talent. When two or more Hexerei characters are in the party, those affected by Ringing Inspiration gain 45% ATK after triggering an elemental reaction, with an extra 20% ATK bonus specifically for Swirl reactions. This makes Prune a strong pick in Hexerei compositions alongside characters like Nicole.
