How the Easter Egg Hunt works
You start every hunt from the quest board inside the Happy Easter garden area. Pick your difficulty, and the eggs spawn across the map. Exact positions shift slightly each time you begin, but the general locations stay the same — an egg tied to the grocery store will always appear somewhere in or around that building, even if it lands on a different shelf. No props like ladders or sleeping bags are required for Hard or Extreme mode in the 2026 version of the event.
The event is structured in weekly phases. Week 1 ran from March 27 through April 3, with Week 2 expected to follow immediately after. Additional rewards may rotate in as the event updates, so it pays to farm Tokens early.

All 20 Hard mode egg locations
Hard mode eggs are scattered primarily around the central part of the Brookhaven map, with a handful on rooftops that require some light platforming. Expect a run to take roughly 10–15 minutes once you know the spots.

Extreme mode eggs are deliberately tucked into secret areas, underground passages, and hard-to-reach spots. Several require you to interact with hidden triggers or navigate obstacle courses. Budget 10–30 minutes, depending on how familiar you are with the map's secrets.

Egg #6 in Extreme mode is one of the trickiest. The bank basement requires a grey keycard (not the green one used in Hard mode) and has a laser obstacle course. Take your time weaving through the beams — touching them resets your position.

Bunny Token rewards
Completing a hunt does not give you items directly. Instead, you earn Bunny Tokens, which you spend at the reward shop inside the Easter Event area. Token payouts scale with difficulty.

More rewards are expected to rotate in as the event progresses through its weekly phases. The Easter Truck is the marquee item and can be purchased after a single Extreme completion with Tokens to spare.
Tips for faster runs
Spawning a vehicle right after activating the hunt cuts travel time significantly, especially for Extreme mode, where eggs are spread to the far edges of the map. The beachside eggs (#2–4 in Extreme) line up along one continuous path, so hit them in sequence before doubling back to the airport.
For Hard mode, the hospital cluster (eggs #14–16) and the bank-to-Post-Office stretch (eggs #11–13) are the densest groupings. Clearing those back-to-back saves a lot of running. The Fire Department roof egg (#18) is the one most players miss — remember to use the overpass to the left of the building as a launch point.
Extreme mode's secret-area eggs demand knowledge of Brookhaven's hidden passages. The subway graffiti trick for egg #9, the jail cell ceiling for egg #10, and the cemetery grave for egg #13 are all interactions that won't be obvious if you haven't explored these spots before. Once you've memorized the triggers, a full Extreme run can comfortably finish in under 15 minutes.
