Every Sailor Piece Accessory, Drop Rate, and Stat Breakdown

All Things How March 21, 2026
Source

Accessories in Sailor Piece are far more than cosmetic flair. Each one provides meaningful boosts to defense, damage, and — in most cases — damage reduction, making them essential for tackling endgame bosses and raids. The majority drop from specific world bosses at painfully low rates, though a handful come from quests, shops, or seasonal events. Every accessory falls into either Legendary or Mythical rarity, and all of them can be enchanted up to five times to push their stats even higher.

Quick answer: Most accessories drop from defeating their corresponding boss. Equip them from the accessories tab in your Inventory, and enchant them at the Enchant NPC at Shibuya Station using crafting materials — up to five times per piece.

Strongest Accessories by Raw Stats

If you're purely chasing numbers, the top-tier picks are clear. Alter Armor and Manipulator Outfit both hit 100% DEF at base, with Manipulator Outfit offering 72% DMG and Alter Armor pushing to 75% DMG. Maiden Outfit sits just below at 95% DEF and 70% DMG. Monarch Armor and Imperial Outfit share identical stats at 90% DEF and 65% DMG, making either one a strong endgame choice.

For damage reduction specifically, Sun Armor stands out with 20% DMG Reduction — the highest of any accessory — alongside solid 75% DEF and 55% DMG. Qin Shi Blindfold also offers above-average damage reduction at 17%, though its defense and damage numbers are lower.

Early-game players will find the three Legendary accessories — Gojo Blindfold, Saber Armor, and Yuji Hair — much easier to farm at a 5% drop rate each. They won't carry you through endgame content, but they provide a meaningful stat bump while you work toward Mythical drops.

Farming Accessories Efficiently

Since nearly every accessory drops from a boss, farming comes down to killing bosses as quickly and repeatedly as possible. The Boss Summoner on The Boss Island lets you re-summon a defeated boss immediately instead of waiting for a natural respawn timer. This is the single biggest time-saver when grinding for a specific drop.

Before jumping into boss fights, make sure your build is optimized. Pair a strong weapon with a good Devil Fruit to maximize your damage output. Fighting styles also matter — Strongest in History, Gojo, Gilgamesh, and Anos are among the most effective. Races contribute passive bonuses too, so roll for a solid one if you haven't already.

Keep an eye on the Boss Rush shop as well. Sun Armor is purchased there rather than dropped from a boss, and the shop occasionally stocks other accessories.

💡

Accessories are tradeable through the in-game Trade feature. If a drop rate feels impossibly low, trading with another player may be faster than grinding.

Equipping Accessories in Sailor Piece

When an accessory drops from a boss, it goes straight into your inventory. Open the Inventory menu and navigate to the accessories tab to see everything you own. Clicking on an accessory equips it immediately. Unequipping works the same way — click it again, and it stays in your inventory rather than disappearing. You can hold multiple copies of the same accessory, which is useful for trading duplicates.

Enchanting Accessories at Shibuya Station

Every accessory can be enchanted up to five times (E1 through E5), and each level increases its defense, damage, and damage reduction stats. At E5, the stat gains are substantial — some accessories exceed 100% DEF. The Enchant NPC is located at Shibuya Station.

Step 1: Travel to Shibuya Station and interact with the Enchant NPC to open the enchantment menu.

Step 2: Select the accessory you want to enchant from the list. The menu displays the required crafting materials and the stat increase you'll receive.

Step 3: If you have enough materials, click Enchant. The accessory's stats will update immediately, and its enchantment level will increase by one.

The specific materials required depend on both the accessory's rarity and its current enchantment level. Higher rarity accessories and higher enchantment tiers demand rarer crafting materials. You can check exact requirements at the Enchant NPC before committing.

Accessories are one of the most impactful gear slots in Sailor Piece, and the difference between an unenchanted Legendary piece and a fully enchanted Mythical one is enormous. Focus your farming on the bosses that drop the accessories matching your build goals, use the Boss Summoner to speed up runs, and don't sleep on enchanting — the stat jumps at each level are well worth the material investment.
