Genshin Impact codes give you claimable in-game rewards such as Primogems, Mora, Adventurer’s Experience, enhancement materials, food, and event items. Most codes require Adventure Rank 10 or higher, and each code can be redeemed once per account.

How to redeem Genshin Impact codes on the website

Website redemption works through the official Genshin Impact gift page. You need to log in with your HoYoverse account, select the correct server, and submit one code at a time.

Step 1: Open the official Genshin Impact code redemption page. Sign in with the HoYoverse account linked to your Genshin Impact character.

Step 2: Select your server region. Enter your character nickname if it is not filled in automatically.

Step 3: Paste one working code into the Redemption Code field. Click Redeem to submit it.

Enter a working code in the Redemption Code field, then submit it.

Step 4: Open Genshin Impact and check your in-game mail. The redemption worked when the reward mail appears on the same account and server.

How to redeem Genshin Impact codes in-game

You can also redeem codes from inside Genshin Impact. This method keeps the whole process in the game client and sends rewards to the same in-game mailbox.

Step 1: Open the Paimon Menu. Go to Settings.

Step 2: Select Account. Choose Redeem Code.

Step 3: Type or paste one working code into the code field. Click Exchange.

Use Exchange in the in-game redemption menu, then claim the reward from mail.

Step 4: Open your in-game mail after the exchange. The reward mail confirms the code has been redeemed successfully.

Codes usually have a limited redemption window, and Special Program codes can be especially short-lived. Claim working codes from the redemption page or the in-game Account menu, then collect the items from your mailbox.
