The head of a Lincoln County-based disaster relief nonprofit founded after the destructive 2020 Labor Day wildfires allegedly misspent donations on strip clubs, casino visits and other illicit expenses, according to a lawsuit against Marcus Brooks filed Thursday by the Oregon Department of Justice.
