  "textContent": "By LOIRI TOBIAS/Oregon Artswatch NEWPORT — Of all the praises Brookings-Harbor High School music teacher Corey Tamondong sings about the Oregon Coast Youth Symphony Festival – and there are many – one note might come as a surprise.
