Dogs, guests and sheriff’s office celebrate new animal shelter in Waldport with ribbon cutting

With rain falling steadily and the occasional serenade of barking dogs, about 150 well-wishers gathered Thursday under tents to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting for the new Lincoln County animal shelter in Waldport.
