✦ Refrakt: 47 — Follow the Voice

I feel as if I’ve been writing more about my writing funk (see here!) than I’ve been writing. For some reason, I’ve just really struggled to get into a groove this year. Part of that comes from not having a singular cohesive project to work on, like my manuscript, and another comes from looking to push myself to make a step up in terms of my writing, working more on taking stories to completion and publication beyond simply drafting them. I’m also trying to balance everything against planning for my wedding, and my short-term goal of passing the JLPT N1 exam.
