a DM who does character voices for characters who have common as a second language, and drops the voice or changes it entirely when changing languages (eg: a dragon talks to the party in common, and has a deep, rasping voice, with elongated vowels. then the dragon speaks in draconic and their voice becomes a BBC british accent)
