  "title": "Just got back from the DMV and I want to make someone else suffer too. The kingdom requires a license to ride/drive a mount. The Royal Guild of Mountsmanship is notorious for long wait times, tedious paperwork, and nonsensical testing. Also they don’t issue licenses for flying mounts, that is a separate group, the Royal Guild of Skymanship. A Mountsman license is required to purchase mounts and is valid ID for buying booze, smokables, certain drugs, etc."
