Meat and fossil fuel product advertisements are now banned in Amsterdam! This includes adverts for burgers, petrol cars and airlines. Hopefully, other countries take a hint as well. Previous research has found that tobacco advertising bans worldwide are associated with lower odds of current smoking and a reduced risk of smoking initiation.
