Leather Social | Bootblack’s Eye View, February 23

So it's February and I had fun doing not just boots but also trainers. Seems tonight a lot of people were going for a more informal combo of leathers and cottons that included a lot of trainers with leather jeans. People seemed to be under the impression I would somehow be offended if I was asked to do trainers. Personally, I have been wanting to break out the polishes and creams in colours other than black for a while. I was also very touched to work on a very sentimental pair of boots. They were the john's first pair of high boots, gifted to him by his first Master. These are the kind of things I love doing as a bootblack.
