"textContent": "What's better than a home security camera with two lenses? One with three, of course.\n\nReolink has announced its latest flagship home security cameras, led by the OMVI 3i, which will come in both WiFi and PoE versions.\n\nThe OMVI Series pairs a panoramic dual-lens upper camera with a lower pan-tilt (PT) tracking lens. The result is a camera that can show you a wide-angle overview and a tight zoomed-in shot at the same time.\n\nA feature called SyncTrack means the PT lens locks onto movement detected by the panoramic camera automatically, keeping subjects in frame as they move through the scene.\n\nBoth the OMVI 3i WiFi and OMVI 3i PoE use an 18MP triple-lens system, with a 10MP dual-lens panoramic camera paired with an 8MP pan-tilt lens.\n\nThe combination delivers full 360-degree horizontal coverage, making it well suited to large open areas like driveways, backyards, or retail floors. It's a big coverage step up from smaller cameras like Reolink's Atlas 2K.\n\nAlongside the new 3i, Reolink has launched a bunch of other cameras designed to make full home security coverage much easier.\n\nThe flagship OMVI X16 PoE has a 24MP triple-lens system includes a 16MP panoramic camera and an 8MP pan-tilt lens with 16x optical zoom, so it can hold true 4K detail even at distance.\n\nIt won a CES 2026 Innovation Award and took home an iF Design Award this year. The X16 is expected to arrive in Australia later in Q3 2026.\n\nAll OMVI cameras are powered by Reolink's ReoNeura AI engine, which handles on-device detection and a local AI video search function for finding clips by object type or time. Local storage goes up to 512GB via microSD, and the cameras are also compatible with Reolink HomeHubs. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees.\n\nAlongside the OMVI Series, Reolink also announced its Power-Efficient Series, a lineup of battery-powered cameras and doorbells built around Qualcomm's QCC730 Micro-Power Wi-Fi chip.\n\nReolink claims the technology delivers up to 96% longer battery life than the industry standard, which is a significant jump if it holds up in real-world use.\n\nThe most compact option is the Argus MagiCam, a cube-shaped 2MP wire-free camera with magnetic mounting and up to nine months of battery life. It's designed to be repositioned easily and comes with on-device human detection to cut down on false alerts.\n\nIf you've been considering a video doorbell, the Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) offers a 4MP head-to-toe 1:1 aspect ratio view and can run on a rechargeable battery (up to ten months) or be wired to an existing doorbell system for 24/7 recording.\n\nThat wired option puts it in similar territory to the Aqara G400, which is worth comparing if you want something available now. The Video Doorbell SE and a new indoor pan-tilt camera, the E1 Swift, are also in the pipeline for later this year.\n\nModel| Resolution| Connectivity| Storage| Price (AUD)| Availability\n---|---|---|---|---|---\nOMVI 3i PoE| 18MP (10MP + 8MP)| PoE| Up to 512GB microSD / NVR| $429.99| Now\nOMVI 3i WiFi| 18MP (10MP + 8MP)| Wi-Fi| Up to 512GB microSD / NVR| $439.99| 17 June 2026\nOMVI X16 PoE| 24MP (16MP + 8MP), 16x optical zoom| PoE| Up to 512GB microSD / NVR| TBA| Q3 2026\n\n## Pricing and availability\n\nThe OMVI 3i PoE is available now for $429.99, while the OMVI 3i WiFi arrives on 17 June 2026 for $439.99.\n\nThe flagship OMVI X16 PoE is expected later in Q3 2026, with pricing to be confirmed.\n\nFrom the Power-Efficient Series, the Argus MagiCam is available now for $99.99. The Video Doorbell (2nd Gen), Video Doorbell SE, and E1 Swift are all due in Q3 2026. All products are available through Reolink's official website and Amazon.com.au.\n\n* * *\n\n### Latest security camera deals",
