Where the original Crispi was built for portability and compact living, the Pro is unashamedly a countertop appliance, designed to stay put.\n\nThe CleanCrisp glassware is thermal shock-resistant, so you can pull it straight from the freezer and start cooking, and the included leakproof lids mean you can prep, cook, store, and reheat all in the same container.\n\nSix cooking functions cover most weeknight scenarios, and the Recrisp mode is specifically designed to revive day-old food, which is going to be great if you have leftover chips or fried food in your fridge.\n\nThe glass construction means you can watch what's happening as it cooks, something a traditional air fryer basket doesn't offer.
