  "textContent": "_One of the things I love most about running BTTR is the opportunities to test products I wouldn't normally consider._\n\n_The past month or so, I've been testing the_ Gozney Arc Lite, and my review went live this week_. I'm in my mid-40s and can't eat pizza every day, but what I loved most about the Arc Lite was just how easy it makes cooking any flat bread._\n\n_For example, I made some quick flatbreads for tacos, and convinced my 16 year old son to cook them for me on the Arc Lite._\n\n_It tasted incredible. Where I never really considered a pizza oven before, now I'm looking at more premium options with better temperature control, wood fire options and a dedicated cooking space.
