The first stop on this journey will be **Gran Turismo**.\n\n## The Playerbase Starts with Gran Turismo 7 First\n\nA new blog post has revealed details about PlayStation's new community program, **The Playerbase**. Within the scope of the program, the physical appearances of selected players will be scanned and they will be included in a PlayStation game. The first game included in the program is Gran Turismo 7. Players from certain markets in America, Europe, Asia, South Africa, and Australia will be able to submit their applications via the website starting from April 7 at 14:00 (UTC).\n\nDuring the application process, players will need to answer some questions, log in with their PlayStation account IDs, and share additional information for participation. Following the review process, a group of finalists will be invited to video interviews to talk about their connection to PlayStation. One lucky PlayStation fan selected from the finalists will have the opportunity to take part in **Gran Turismo 7**.\n\nThe Playerbase will provide players with a 'limited-time special appearance as an in-game character portrait, similar to character portraits offered throughout the game.' The selected fan will also help design a special 'Fantasy Logo' that will be permanently added to the Showcase menu and a one-of-a-kind vehicle livery.
