Developed by Mega Crit , Slay the Spire 2 made a storming entrance into the Steam Early Access phase in March 2025.

According to data shared by Alinea Analytics and reported by Rhys Elliott, the game sold approximately 5.3 million copies throughout March. The title, which met players on March 5th, has managed to generate $108 million in revenue through Steam alone so far. In second place on the list is Crimson Desert from Pearl Abyss , with approximately 2 million sales.

Among the top five best-selling games of March are Climber Animals Together with 1 million sales and Resident Evil Requiem , which sold 1.2 million units on PC. Additionally, the 2020 Resident Evil 3 remake showed surprising success, selling nearly 1 million copies last month.
