Dispatch is Coming to Xbox and Game Pass This Summer

Dispatch , this summer with its Xbox release, solidifies its place on all consoles. The announcement was confirmed during the Xbox Partner Preview event held on March 26.

An interactive visual novel, the title was released for PC and PlayStation 5 in the second half of 2025, followed by its addition to the Nintendo Switch 2 library.

The Switch 2 version caused some controversy due to the automatic censorship mechanism in the game. However, it is stated that this will not be the case in the Xbox version, and the choice of censorship will be left entirely to the player. The developer team, AdHoc Studio , added that they are continuing their discussions with Nintendo to overcome the censorship issue.

Dispatch Received Full Marks from Critics

Dispatch , along with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 , became one of the most nominated games at the 2026 BAFTA Awards. It also received high praise, being called the 'Game of the Year' by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz , the director of The Witcher 3. The game, which also impressed with its sales figures, managed to sell 2 million copies in less than a month.

Coming to the Xbox platform this summer, the title will also be included in the Xbox Game Pass library. Although no clear release date has been given yet, it is estimated that players will not have to wait too long.
