Modern Warfare is Played More Than the Total of Black Ops 7 and Warzone

Although Black Ops 7 is the newest installment in the series, players' desire for nostalgia or longing for the gameplay mechanics of that era seems to be weighing heavily. Modern Warfare (2019) holds a critical place in the series' history as the game that laid the foundations for many features we still enjoy today and started the Warzone phenomenon.

With the discount that took place on Steam on March 19, the price of the game dropped to $6. Thousands of players who didn't want to miss this opportunity returned to this legendary title. The result is truly incredible.
According to SteamDB data, Modern Warfare (2019) peaked at 33,451 concurrent players in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing, approximately 31,000 players were actively on the battlefield. In contrast, the main Call of Duty application, which houses Black Ops 7 , Black Ops 6 , and Warzone , remained at around 28,000 players on the same platform.

As you know, Black Ops 7 received some of the lowest scores in the series, causing great controversy in the community.
