NAKWON: Last Paradise , developed by NEXON , is a post-apocalyptic survival game that closely resembles the extraction shooter genre, which has been quite popular recently. The production, which has been in development for years, recently entered closed playtesting, and it seems that things are going very well.

At the time of publication, 24,000 people had already dived into the NAKWON universe, and this number is steadily increasing as new players are accepted.

The game manages to carve out a unique place for itself in the post-apocalyptic genre. During the day, you can visit shops, interact with merchants, build your home, and improve your skills in the safe zone called 'Yeouido'. At night, you venture into the wild to scavenge for resources amidst terrifying destruction.

However, NAKWON is not a game where you can shoot anyone you see. Traditional firearms are very rare , almost impossible to find. Those that do exist are generally cobbled together from scrap parts. Instead, the game relies almost entirely on melee weapons.

To take down zombies, you need to equip various handheld weapons such as shovels, clubs, planks, and knives. This brings with it a stealth-focused approach; taking down enemies silently, avoiding combat, and moving through the shadows with a bag full of loot is vital.

NAKWON: Last Paradise will be released exclusively for PC via Steam. Although no specific date has been given, it would not be surprising to see the game meet us within this year.
