TomorrowHead has officially announced the release date for WILL: Follow the Light , a first-person narrative game developed with Unreal Engine 5 that draws attention with its visual quality. According to details shared during the Future Games Show, an emotional and challenging journey awaits players in the freezing cold of the north.

In the game, we share the story of a character trying to reunite with their family after a major disaster strikes their hometown. In this adventure set in a 'fascinating northern wilderness,' we will explore a massive world and try to survive to find our lost son.

WILL: Follow The Light is Coming on April 28

The developer team confirmed that WILL: Follow the Light will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC platforms on April 28, 2026. The new trailer released with the announcement once again revealed the game's atmospheric structure and the depth of its storytelling.

TomorrowHead Founder and Game Director Roman Novikov said the following about the announcement:

'We are very excited to announce the release date for WILL: Follow the Light. We hope our community and new players will be pleased that the game will be released so soon. We look forward to everyone experiencing this, which will be released for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox next month.'

In the game, we wear the boots of Will, who is a lighthouse keeper on a remote island. With the disaster that hit his home and the mysterious disappearance of his son, Will's world collapses. Our hero, who has to return home as soon as possible, has to struggle with the harshest face of nature and dangerous terrains during this process.

As players, we will solve puzzles, determine our route; we will try to reach home before it is too late, sometimes by boat, sometimes by dog sled, and sometimes on foot.
