BAFTA Game Awards 2026 Nominations Announced

The nominations for the 2026 BAFTA Games Awards have been announced, with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Dispatch leading the list. In terms of numbers, 17 studios have been nominated for the first time , and many of the nominees in the performance categories may also be first-time participants in the BAFTA Games Awards.

In addition, games such as Ghost of Yotei , Death Stranding 2: On the Beach , and ARC Raiders make up a large portion of the nominations.

BAFTA Games Awards 2026 All Nominations

The BAFTA organization has shared the full list of nominees for this year's BAFTA Games Awards, the 22nd show in the event's history. BAFTA Games Committee Chair Tara Saunders stated:

_Today’s nominations recognize 42 exceptional games, highlighting the best of the global games industry. This year’s nominations reflect a sector in transformation, where established studios stand side-by-side with a diverse range of independent studios, and a number of development teams are receiving nominations for the first time. The extraordinary craft, artistry, and innovation behind these games shine through.
