Bushfire inquiry delay labelled a farce as Victoria heads for El Nino summer

Victoria’s Inspector-General for Emergency Management won’t begin her inquiry into last summer’s bushfires, which killed one person, destroyed more than 300 homes and burnt 400,000 hectares of bush and farmland, until later this year.
