HC rejects plea seeking FIR against Rahul Gandhi for remarks on capture of institutions by BJP, RSS

A petition seeking a case against the Congress leader was filed by Simran Gupta, an office-bearer of a Hindutva organisation called the Hindu Shakti Dal.
