"textContent": "Konami Gaming has completed the installation of its SYNKROS casino management system across all 29 Carnival Cruise Line ships, extending the platform to a second Carnival Corporation brand after Holland America Line. Carnival uses the system internally as SURF, short for Serving Up Rewards and Fun, for personalized casino rewards, offers, bonuses and cashless wagering.\n\nThe rollout brings Carnival Corporation to 40 onboard casinos running SYNKROS across the two brands.\n\n“It’s been fantastic to roll out SURF across the entire Carnival Cruise Line fleet and make the guest experience even more rewarding,” said Marty Goldman, senior vice president of global gaming at Carnival Corporation. Goldman said Carnival expects to bring the gaming features to “millions more” guests as SURF expands across the group.\n\n## Inside the SYNKROS platform\n\nOn Carnival ships, the implementation spans thousands of gaming machines in onboard casinos. The system tailors rewards, offers and bonuses to player activity and supports cashless wagering through cruise folio integration, along with bonus events such as virtual prize drawings.\n\nBeyond the guest interface, SYNKROS is an enterprise casino management platform built for real-time visibility into casino operations, player activity and property performance.\n\nKonami says SYNKROS has been installed in more than 400 integrated resorts, casino locations and cruise ships worldwide. Tom Jingoli, president and chief operating officer at Konami Gaming, said Konami would support Carnival Corporation through “ongoing expansion fleetwide.”\n\n## Carnival’s remaining rollout\n\nCarnival Corporation plans to continue deploying SYNKROS enterprise-wide, including across its full portfolio of cruise lines. Its eight brands are AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.\n\nThe company did not disclose a timetable or identify the next brand in the rollout.\n\n_Compare_ Carnival Cruise Line sailings by price_on Cruise Lookup._",
