"textContent": "Regent Seven Seas Cruises returned Seven Seas Voyager to service May 21 after a 25-day drydock in Marseille, France, completing a multi-million-dollar refurbishment of suites, restaurants and public areas. The work added the Epicurean Enrichment Studio to Voyager and updated several core venues as the ship resumed its Europe program.\n\nRegent did not disclose a precise cost for the project. The 42,363-gross-ton, all-suite ship was built in 2003 by T. Mariotti in Genoa and carries about 700 guests, with all accommodations configured as balcony suites.\n\n“The transformation of Seven Seas Voyager marks another exciting milestone for Regent,” said Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. He said the work covered “enhanced dining venues and immersive new culinary experiences” as well as redesigned suites.\n\n## Suites and dining venues receive most of the work\n\nAll suites received new furnishings, lighting, hardware, carpeting and décor. Regent gave a fuller redesign to the Signature, Grand, Voyager and Seven Seas suite categories, including new bathtubs and separate showers.\n\nThe Pool Grill was fully renovated and now includes a pizzeria concept. Regent also refreshed the Atrium, Prime 7, Chartreuse and the library, and relocated Coffee Connection to a midship position on Deck 5.\n\n## Culinary studio expands after Mariner debut\n\nRegent first introduced the Epicurean Enrichment Studio aboard Seven Seas Mariner during that ship’s refurbishment at the end of 2025.\n\nThe program centers on destination-linked culinary programming, including lectures, demonstrations and tastings led by Regent chef instructors. Regent lists the sessions as 90-minute classroom-style events covering regional cuisine, signature recipes and culinary heritage, with chef-led enrichment tours ashore paired with onboard follow-up programming on select voyages.\n\nClasses can be reserved 120 days before sailing and are priced up to $89 per person, depending on voyage. Children under 13 are not permitted; guests ages 13 to 15 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult, and ages 16 to 17 require a signed waiver.\n\n## Voyager resumes Europe deployment\n\nAfter leaving drydock, Seven Seas Voyager began a 12-night Eastern Mediterranean Gems itinerary from Barcelona to Athens, calling in Croatia, Montenegro and the Greek Isles. The ship is scheduled to continue Mediterranean cruises before shifting to northern Europe for summer sailings that include the British Isles, Iceland and Scandinavia.\n\nThe Epicurean Enrichment Studio becomes available on Seven Seas Voyager sailings from June 28, 2026.",
