Sparks flying from car’s wheels draw attention to OVI suspect: Westlake Police Blotter

A caller at 3 a.m. on June 30 reported that a white Chevrolet Impala was driving westbound on I-90 near Columbia Road while weaving. The caller stated the car was riding on its rims.
