Ankle-monitored man arrested for assault at birthday party: Highland Heights Police Blotter

A Cleveland man, 26, assaulted his brother, a 21-year-old Garfield Heights resident, at a birthday party at a home in the 5300-block June 20. Witnesses at the home said that the assault occurred because the younger man was holding the older man’s one-year-child. They added that the brothers have a history of not getting along.
