Westlake City Council OKs ordinance accepting $1.5 million donation for park building projects

City Council on June 18 formally accepted a $1.5 million donation from Westlake residents Vasu and Lisa Pandrangi, with the money earmarked for building projects in two city parks. Council approved three ordinances moving the building projects forward.
