Would-be thief says he thought $22,000 trencher was being thrown out: South Euclid Police Blotter

A plumbing company reported June 10 that a rented ditch trencher had been stolen from where they had been working. The resident of the home had seen somebody operating the trencher and pushing it along the roadway but was unaware that the man was not with the plumbing company.
