Gabriel Arias rejoins Guardians after rehab stint as José Ramírez heads to injured list; George Valera designated for assignment

The Guardians activated Gabriel Arias from the injured list Sunday after a successful rehab assignment at Triple-A Columbus. Cleveland also placed José Ramírez on the 10-day injured list after the All-Star third baseman suffered a broken hamate bone in his left hand against Detroit.
