Orange council shifts sights to May ballot for bond issue to fund Village Hall/fire station project

At the recommendation of Mayor Judson Kline, Orange Village Council has hit the pause button on working to place a bond issue on the November ballot to fund the proposed Village Hall renovation/new fire station construction project.
