Bay Village woman arrested with bottles in car after crash in Westlake

Officers responded at 4:15 p.m. on June 1 to a report of a hit-skip crash in the parking lot of Kitchen Social on Crocker Road. The suspect vehicle, a gray sedan, had fled northbound on Crocker Road after the crash. However, the victim managed to take note of the car’s license plate before it left.
