Cleveland's biomedical economy could pay the price for a new proposed rule on federal funding

Our country’s system for funding science and the productivity of that system is the envy of the world. Under OMB-2026-0034, this productivity would be severely threatened, and we would fall behind the discoveries of China and Europe. It is as though the proposal was written by enemies of our country.
