New CRS director talks to Avon Lake City Council

New Community Resource Services Executive Director Ryan Virtue told Avon Lake City Council that demand for assistance is climbing again in 2026, even after the nonprofit saw a slight year-over-year decline in the number of households it served in Avon Lake during 2025.
