Man caught stealing reloading powder from Fin Feather Fur; woman steals garden gates from Marc’s: Middleburg Heights police blotter

Police cited a Seville man and banned him from Fin Feather Fur Outfitters after he stole reloading powder from the store. Also, a Cleveland woman was arrested May 26 after she stole two small garden gates from Marc’s Deeper Discount Store.
