Devo’s Mothersbaugh says he’d like band to be Rock Hall ‘adjacent’

Devo seemed so weird at the time the band emerged from Akron during the late 70s that it was impossible to imagine it still being around, much less revered. But here we are more than 50 years later, and the hits -- "Whip It" and beyond -- still work and the group`s worldview of devolution seems more on-target now than it did five decades ago.
