Police release body camera footage after off-duty officer fatally shoots man on Cleveland’s East Side

Body camera footage released by Cleveland police shows officers trying to save 26-year-old Akili Hammond after an off-duty officer fatally shot him Wednesday at the Park Place Apartments in the city’s Hough neighborhood.
