Regarding Trump's $1.8 billion fund to compensate Jan. 6 rioters, among others, the law enforcement community should be up in arms, demanding that Capitol police officers be compensated for their sacrifices in defending our democracy against those who tried to use violence to overturn the results of a free election, writes Dan Radman of Berea in a letter to the editor.
