Police: 3-year-old fatally shot at Eastlake apartment suffered self-inflicted wound

Eastlake police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation are processing the scene at the Willowood Apartment Complex. Multiple search warrants have been executed in the ongoing investigation.
